[J] - Re-introduction (no Liberty though..)

So... some of you may or may not know me, but I'm J from Sydney.

My first car was a really clean, MY01 Liberty RX sedan, manual, blue mica, sunroof - Really nice clean car.

A few things changed which meant that I didn't have enough time to enjoy it as much as I would have liked and it was also a bit on the large side for what I needed, so I made the decision to let it go.

So after a bit of searching, I recently picked myself up an EK4 Honda Civic VTi-R. For those that don't know, it's powered by the 1.6L B16A DOHC VTEC found in the Type R model from the same period.. so for a bitches shopping trolley, it's got a little bit of a bite to it!

I know, it's not a Liberty - But I like you all so much that I thought I'd hang around if you're willing to have me

Rest assured, I'll be back in a Liberty in the near future, however it wasn't the right car for me at this point.. A nice GT STi will probably be in the driveway in a couple of years time.

I saw an R32 Skyline for sale and it was advertised as never boosted... I had to laugh out loud.

Haha.. and in case anyone hasn't worked it out already - no, VTEC does not have this mythical boost effect. However, for a small car, it does have a pretty sweet engine - sounds tits at high revs as well.

Drop an Air Filter in and the engine note will sounds so sweet when VTEC kicks in. YO!!!!!!!

Yes, I am and always have been a Liberty fan at heart, so that won't be changing at all.

Intake is high on the list.. Hopefully I'll have it looking like my sig in no time!
