Hello, new Subaru owner here.

Signed up on here a while ago for research purposes, finally have something to show for it. It's a 2007 Liberty GT-B MY07 Urban Grey 6MT.
Anyway, here it is ...

Image

Nothing you haven't seen before, it's pretty stock. Does have a few cosmetic issues that aren't really visible in the pic which I'll be sorting through.

Just wanted to say hi to a great forum that has tons of info and seems to be a friendly community.

Welcome Terrence, great car and top transmission to go with it!

Which state are you from? If you're in Syd NSW, we'll be arranging a cruise in the new year so you're more than welcome to come along and put your beast through its paces

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I'm in South East Melbourne, just figured out how to put it into my profile. Will keep an eye out for local cruises.

Not much planned in the short term. I'm quite happy with the way it drives, and I like how peaceful it is in the cabin. I've seen some nice stuff on here though, so I'm certainly open to ideas. However, first I need to get the front bar repainted and wheels repaired, then give it a good detail. Then once I get to the other side of the wallet destroyer that is Christmas, see how it goes from there.

I'm new to Subarus but have been in the detailing scene for some time now, so if anyone in Melbourne needs some help is quite welcome to come by. :D

Welcome! Car looks nice and clean. Let the mods begin. :D
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

Yep, will make a post when I detail the car, but since there's some fresh paint on there I have to wait a while, not to mention it's that time of the year.

Btw, if I want to post some pics of little fixes and changes to the car, which is the best forum to put them? Subaru Chat? Otherwise I was thinking Post your mods if I want something I can update long-term even though I haven't done any mods yet.

Setup a new thread in the post your mods section. Then others can keep track on your progress.

Hey Terrence,
How much did it cost to repaint the front bumper? Considering the same thing in the near future.

Mick.

$400 at my usual panel beater. He could've done it for cheaper but I was willing to pay for a better job and he delivered. Will post pics soon.
