G'day everyone,
I'm Hayden and I'm 19 turning 20 in October. I live around Lilydale and am a second year Auto Electrician apprentice.
I came across this forum while looking into a car I was going to purchase and since purchasing have decided to join.
I would love to contribute to the forum and if anyone has any auto electrical questions, I would be more than willing to help them.
Now a bit about me;
I have been surrounded by cars my whole life with a Dad who is a mechanic and as a result absolutely love them
I have always been a Holden man and bought my first car when I was 16 off my uncle whose wife said he could no longer keep in the garage. It is a 1992 VP Calais which I still own and adore. I bought it standard and over the last few years and spent countless hours working on it (and money). I will never get rid of it.
Recently, purely by luck, I overheard my Dad talking to a long term customer who was wanting to sell her 2004 MY05 Liberty Wagon. One thing led to another and last Wednesday, I parted with my hard earned coin and walked away with the keys to my second car. It is a one owner, always garaged car with a mere 18,000km on the clock (approaching 19,000km after a weeks driving, ha ha).
I have plans for the wagon but really want to keep it a respectable car.
Anyway, this seems like a great forum without to many troublemakers like some forums and I look forward to meeting you all
