Introduce yourself

SubaruTim's 1992 LX Lib

Postby SubaruTim » Sun Aug 26, 2012 8:25 pm

Hi All,

I have been a member for a few months but i've never properly introduced myself.

Name: Tim (obviously)
Car: 1992 Subaru Liberty LX 4sp Manual
Mods: Started with a stock car but I have now added 18" '06 Imprezza Wheels, 3M Dark Tint and a new muffler / resonator exhaust system. Also have a custom plate.
Mods In Progres: I have a custom manufactured sway bar coming from Whiteline and I hope to swap in some lowered GC8 Imprezza springs and struts.

Today I just finished giving Scoobie a wash and wax, here are some photos.

Welcome Tim. :D That's a nice colour. A kind of arctic blue...
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

WOW neat as for a Gen1 (which I'll always have a soft spot for). Just wait for the mod bug to bite and start your RS turbo clone build
I own a Liberty honest!

Whats with the left rear mudflap though? Has it melted from the exhaust??

Not sure, it's always been that way I think. I might have to try and source some replacements. Though I think the brackets holding them one have also been damanged...

Now there's a familiar shiny Gen1 with great looking wheels! 8)

You still haven't got a shiny set of wheel nuts yet!
I was going to procrastinate, but I put it off...

Hehehe! Glad to see you're here and the wheels are still working well for you. I see you've already done a couple of other things as well (saw your other posts) - the mod bug has bit!
