Hey guys,

another Subie newie, picked up the Liberty on Friday and love it. She is a 2005 gen 4 2.5lt auto in Pearl white, I'll post up some pics too ... the missus calls me soft cause I don't want a manual, thruthfully I'm just sic of driving her man mini. Although I've stepped back from an XR6 ute (yes an auto too) I just love the driveability of the liberty. She is just stock atm would love a nice set of wheels but the first mod is take the amp and sub outta the XR6 and put them into the Lib, just a pity the wheels from my XR dont fit the Lib, would of been a nice match on the Pearl white.

Anyways here's a few pics (hopefully) :D

Cheers,
Tony

Welcome Tony!

Good to see another person from SEQ on here.

What amp and sub are you moving over to the liberty? Keeping the stock liberty head unit? If so mihai's walkthrough is perfect for you. If you're changing to an aftermarket head unit you'll need to factor in the cost of a double din fascia.

Thanks Phan,

its just an older amp and sub I had in my XR6, still works fine so might as well keep it, won't get any more for the XR when I sell her with them in or not. Sony 12" Sub with older 4x200watt 4channel Audioline amp. I'm still keeping the stock Liberty HU so i'll read Mihai's thread in more detail on the weekend.

Cheers,
Tony
