I have recently bought a 98 Liberty 2GEN Special Edition RX 2.5L (that's a mouthful) and have since found this forum to help in in solving all the problems that are popping up all over the place with it =)

So a thank you for the help, even unknowingly! And I hope to learn lots more about them etc.

Before my current Outback, I also had a RX Special Edition in dark green. Absolutely loved the thing. Pity it was auto :p
