My First Liberty
Hi,
I've finally bought my first Liberty, a 2005 2.5 sedan. I was looking for a long time and finally found a good example at a decent price. I was driving a Charade before which served me very well. They love to rev but get a bit of oversteer, but that could have been the non-stock wheels. With a baby on the way it was time to get something bigger and safer, I've counted 8 airbags so far, and the AWD is awesome and certainly no oversteer.
Not planning any mods just yet but you never know. Looking for maintenance tips and tricks mostly and I'll help out when I can as soon as I know anything about Liberty's. I haven't had a good look at the site or under the bonnet yet, only had it a day, but it only took a few minutes to replace a headlight globe and brake light globe which bodes well for it's ease of use.
I live near the city in Sydney.
Look forward to chatting.
