New and learning

Hey guys,

New here and looking to learn heaps.

I'm looking at buying either a 07/08 Liberty GT (probably a B Spec) or a VW Golf GTi but am leaning towards the Subaru.

I've heard the back seats don't fold down which is a big downer but otherwise it seems a better package. What other positives do you guys think the Liberty has? Any must read threads here about the Liberty?

Look forward to hopefully buying one and joining in a cruise day.

Cheers,

Rosco

If the folddown seats are a deal breaker and you really like the Liberty and you are willing to be handy, you can convert the rear seat to folddown with parts from the US. It is technically not roadworthy though (but so are many other mods that are performed).

Excellent, that's what I wanted to hear. I do doubt that they would even know if it was factory fitted or not but at least I know I can do it. Thanks.

How quick are these standard and how much quicker are they with basic air mods?
