Thanks shav! I've only had positive feedback from everyone about the purchase so it's really comforting to hear it.

Apart from some of the features, I find these model libs are better built than later model vehicles made here in AUS and Korea. They are just an awesome car. Hope you have many years of enjoyment with it. Be sure to make a build thread in 'Post your mods' section.

Yeah I just joined suby club.
Not sure why holden cant build a commodore that holds its roof lining but it happens to all of them eventually hahaha

Just saw your build thread.. you bought a wagon!! Good man!! Its a touchy subject here but much nicer looking in my opinion

Love the colour too.. that was my back up colour if I couldnt get the diamond grey.

Ha ha, tell me about it! I'm pretty sure the new Commodores don't have a problem with their roof lining but I can't confirm it.

I have already created a build thread. Link is on my signature man.

I did indeed man. I surprised myself actually. I never looked at a wagon the same way I do now. It just never was my cup of tea, not that I didn't like them of course but I never thought I'd own one. Whether I got a sedan or a wagon I didn't mind really. They're both on the same level to me. I do really like the sedan Gen IV's though.

Colour wasn't what I was looking for either. I was actually after the Diamond Grey you've got or even black. But Atlantic Blue it is and I really like it.

As for being fast with my posts; many years of intense Internet usage! Ha ha!

Once you go wagon you never go back. The practicality and convenience of it is just so good you don't realise how good it is without it til you try something smaller.
Good to see you've stepped up from commonwhores and into a good car :)

Welcome

That's something I wish I waited for, was a wagon. Perhaps in the next car.

Yeah for sure Mel. Same Mel I met yesterday I presume? Hi.

Can't go wrong with a Liberty full stop. Really glad I got it though. Took a couple of weeks of searching and I was beginning to get impatient but patience is a virtue. It was well worth it!

Keen to get active around here both on the forum and on meets where possible so I'm sure you guys will be seeing more of me. The few guys I met last night at the SubyClub meet were pretty fun and easy-going.

Yep same Mel that tried to race you :)

Does it make you sad that my car was sitting on the sales lot at work for a full month before I decided over 1 night to impulse buy it :P didn't have to search around at all, my old car just conveniently died when I fell in love with it.

Ha ha, thought so! Bloody oath it does! Spewing! I had to wait so long to get mine... Funny that whenever you aren't interested in buying a new car, or you have just bought one, they all seem to come out and you're overwhelmed. But the second you wanna buy something else and are desperate for it, none are there. I like that. A community full of avid Subaru owners whom are down to Earth and friendly is awesome.

Ha ha, funniest ranga I know. Honestly. Under Julia of course. So sorry I'm late to get back to you but I'll give you my number anyway for future get togethers. That's only if there are more then us two there... I've never been in a room alone with a ranga before... Thanks for being so welcoming the other night man, honestly. Never felt so comfortable in my life! Ha ha!
