Hi.

I'm a new member, so I felt that I should introduce myself.
I bought my 06 liberty 2.5i in 2017 if I remember correctly.

It was a pretty rough unit even though it had remarkably low Ks.
I paid very little for it, cleaned it up and bought it a set of
new standard KYB struts. the oldies had very very minor oil leakage
but replaced them as the budget allowed for that.

It turned into good, comfortable and very sure footed
transport that I've been pleased with. Having said that,
a couple of weeks ago it developed hiccups... hesitates/sputters.

That's what compelled to enrol in your club,
thinking you guys might be able to set me on the right track to fixing it.

Welcome

As a cheap/quick thing, perhaps get a can of MAF sensor cleaner and (spoiler alert) clean the MAF sensor. 1 minute job.

In my experience they can get dirty, causing the car to run rich and dopey.
