My name is Aaron after being a long time reader of this forum, I finally thought I'd join up as I'm starting to think about doing some modifications to my beloved MY07 Spec. B Liberty
A few years ago, after much research on this and other websites, I decided I wanted to buy myself a Spec. B Liberty. For ages I saved my money and lived on carsales searching for the perfect Liberty that was within my budget, until finally I stumbled upon a Post Facelift that I just couldn't pass up. So far the only mods I have done on the car is a double din Clarion head unit (with facia kit from Garage 88), a full Soundstream system (Digital Amp, Splits in front and rear, Sub), and a Hayman Reese tow bar to tow my tinny around.
In the near future, I plan on trying to get a bit more performance out of the car and improve fuel economy. Im not looking for lots of sound (I quite like the quiet, refined ride I currently have) so my plan, which I came up with through lots of research on here, is to get a KiDo Tune, Raptor Headers, change the two Cat converters to high flow ones, and delete the third one altogether. (Anyone feel free to let me know if I'm on the right track with this!) I'm hoping I can achieve this for around the $1500 mark, but am yet to get quotes on the exhaust work!
