G'day

Postby QuarterMile » Thu Mar 21, 2013 8:41 am

Hi guys
new to the forum, used to be a member of OzLiberty a few years ago when I owned a GX Gen 1
looking at buying a Gen 2 GX atm (literally going to look at it today)
I'm doing a double degree (Bachelor of Technology - Motorsport / Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical)
Work part time for West Racing (ozzy park)
Looking at doing pretty tame mods to the Lib ( suspension, intake etc) as I already have a motorcycle racing addiction to feed 8)
Cheers
QM

A degree in motorsport? That's cool. Todays lectures, burnouts, dirt hairpins, sneaky fuel mixing, history of drifting. Can't go wrong. Does this mean your hex debt will be for turbos, Motec comps, and Pro-Flex coilovers?

haha sort of. a few of the subjects are doing cool stuff like data and suspension, but there is a lot of physics and math too, especially when combining with Mechanical Engineering.

my hex debt means i should know what to do with turbos, Motec comps, and Pro-Flex coilovers

makes tuning cars (and bikes) a whole lot simpler, easier and more reliable. :D
