What offset are the rims on the gen 4?
The come pretty far out or 8 inches.

My bad, they're 18x8.5, 35p.

That makes sense as they sit out like mine, which are the same width & offset.

About a month ago I finally sold the BF GT! So I'm left with the silver BL.

It's hitting the track at the end of Sept at the Taupo Motorsport Park (http://www.taupomotorsport.com/), so it got a few upgrades thrown at it. A friend who works at a local Subaru wreckers rang me saying he'd found a brake master cylinder brace. Sold! Then a month or so later, I traded a front facing TD05H compressor cover for a 24mm Tribeca front sway bar. That got fitted up with aftermarket heavy duty endlinks. While wandering around yet another Subaru wrecker, I spotted some Cusco rear suspension lower arm braces and bought them on the spot. They were a bit rough, so got sent down to the local panel shop for a sand blast and repaint. Around the same time I ordered a pair of AVO rear sway bar mount braces out of Australia. Both the arm braces and sway bar mount braces went on. I was about to order a set of braided brake hoses out of the UK (around $400 NZD landed), when I spotted a set of excellent condition used hoses on Trade Me (NZ's eBay). I fitted these a couple of weeks ago, and flushed the brake fluid with Motul DOT 5.1 fluid.

The car had Prova Eifel coilovers and a 20mm Whiteline rear sway bar when I bought it, and with the above round of mods, it drives like a go-kart! This thing is just point and shoot now! I can't wait to see how it goes on the track.

So on Monday it got put on the track at the Taupo Motorsport Park (http://www.tauporacetrack.co.nz/), and I was quite impressed with the performance. My first session was on 225/40-18 Bridgestone Adrenalin's, and they went mushy real quick. A mate loaned me his wheels with 215/45-17 Potenza RE11's, and they were better, but still went mushy after 6 or 7 laps. They are what's on the car in the video. Unfortunately we got too tied up in thrashing around the track to get exhaust noise videos. The one below is from my phone on a windscreen mount. Down the long straight I was topping out at 200kph, which is where the brakes got a hammering to get down to ~50kph for the chicane. Better pads are needed next time, as I had these ones smoking!

Here's my video. Sorry about the delay at the start, but we don't move off for about 2 mins. I'll trawl through other peoples videos for exhaust noise.
