hi guys

i know i dont have a liberty or rs but my98 wrx is still a scooby! =D. Before i bought my rex i was actually considering a lovely early model B4 for the luxury and class with abit of grunt. But i eventually got a wrx just for the raw power and handling skills (eventually gonna track the baby). anyways ive seen alot of sexy b4s and sti tuned liberty's in adelaide and damn you guys make me think twice on my decision =D.

Welcome matey. I was going to buy a 98-99 WRX before i bought my Lib as well. I ended up giving into the class as opposed to "raw power"!

My Wrx is a acadia green (stock colour green) with black side skirts and side mirrors, with a 99-00 facelift without the aggressive grille (the one that sticks out) but eventually I'll buy one. Add to that I've got a v5 Sti spoiler from wolf racing . My future projects for the exterior in the next 2-3 months would be a p1 front lip, p1 foglights and try to find some morette headlights ( all found but need cash and time). Engine/handling/brake wise mods will be done in this long weekend . Fitting a GBD Wrx Tmic in my car and ripping out the ugly fully sick fmic off, upgrading my 2/1 pot brakes with 4/2 pot with braided lines from HEL. Note that I need to find a dogbone or a rear hub from 02+ Wrx to fit the rears ( will be done soon). A v6 lower control arm with whiteline alk-street and centre roll kit has been installed ( car feels unbelievable in corners). The only things I need left to find and buy are a power fc or vipec ecu [ currently making 180kw @ 18psi with 650nm torque it chews petrol it's just raw power no fuel efficiency what so ever lol ] tien coilovers and the dogbone adaptor ( might do a diy) for the e/h/b mods, but will do either later this year or next year.


Ohhh yeah forgot that I'll be getting a set of jdm gold Bbs rims from the peanut Sti!!! Ultra rare here!!! It should be on my car in 2-3 weeks time . I only know 2 other people on Rexnet that have these and both sourced them in the states
