Main thing now is the fitment and alterations have been confirmed.

Kit in non IC form is essentially customer ready right now!

Gen V Premium owners now have power upgrade options

Headers for these soon too if all goes to plan

Loving the extra chassis room for the SC intake! Could nearly get a 3" silicon bend in there!

Plastic is FB20/25

This is the 07-09 EJ25 motor with metal intake. Same as the 08-10 Forester NA :)

My EJ motor has the plastic manifold though lol..

In theory, how would the tuning be done with a CVT, since i've heard CVTs don't work well with dynos.. lol

Kido can manage the CVT and tuning - that be the least of our problems, he has tuned a significant amount of CVT Subaru already

I did suspect your model has the plastic, hence the question.

I went through my collection and found a 2010 with the EJ H4 (see timing belt covers)

See attached pic, I cant help on this one unfortunately

This shows the CLASSIC Subaru mentality at work here, which is why I nearly always ask for pictures of H4 engines.

We see here the use of plastic manifold (also tested in USA Impreza in 2004 only) and the first instance of the single drive belt for all accessories, this being the test bed for these features that would in time show up on the FB20/25 engines. Of course the power steering pump is from approx 2005 Impreza, but AC pump is new and only on GEN5 cars. They do the same with Impreza's, Foresters etc and often I noticed an engine of improved power first offered in Liberty models before seeing it a couple of years later in Impreza. They (early H4) are testing to put kits to because of this way in which they spec their engines, Forester EJ NAs are the most mixed up things ever in their early years.

EZ36 kit update

Mustang Dyno

Dyno power at 4.2psi

As delivered to customer 287hp at wheel, safe thing while they are getting their heads around the concept

Highest no knock dyno run @ 4psi - 301hp at wheel

I will put up a chart when Paul from ECS in USA sends it to me. I asked for stock 191, 287 and 301 lines to be featured.

Could be a bit animal with 7-8psi, headers and water/meth kit - will let you know when that occurs

Yeah, my motor pretty much looks like the one pictured.

So you're saying this version of the EJ series is un-superchargeable? Is this due to the design of the motor using a single belt pulley for all accessories or something else that I missed in your explanation?
