So you're saying this version of the EJ series is un-superchargeable? Is this due to the design of the motor using a single belt pulley for all accessories or something else that I missed in your explanation?

Yes that correct, there is nothing solid to bolt the bracketing to since the intake is plastic. Without stable brackets - no SC mounting :(

The car made 290whp, stock is 191whp. The gain is 51% and the boost is just 4psi

Sweet outcome.

The boost was meant to be 6psi, not sure why we are at 4psi. The power gain is huge, the owner says car now feels so "light"

Headers will bump the power another 30hp and he has a higher boost pulley in hand anytime he should decide to add more pressure

The owner is saying - so far in comparison 20mph roll on - 3 STI put safely behind by many car lengths - surprising everyone

I must say a special thankyou to Matt (KiDo) for putting in some good efforts on O/S tuning for this car, the effort wasnt utilized as we hoped but nonetheless - selflessly offered programming assistance. Gets major gong for assisting.

So not even installing a metal intake will solve the problem?

I wouldn't do it - I doubt there is a cross over with correct ICV plugs etc

I say give it a miss on this one

Looks like there will be a Tribeca order early next month! 10psi pulley on E85 is the order of the day it seems!
