High Flow fuel pumps for H6 3.0 vehicles

High Flow fuel pumps for H6 3.0 vehicles

Postby Tradewind » Tue Jul 24, 2012 12:11 pm

At this time Raptor has not supplied any fuel pump upgrades to customers.

I am looking at offering a H6 fuel pump upgrade product in the 300 l/ph range

For those who have a supercharger - which pump are you using and are you happy with its noise levels? Did it come as a direct fit kit or did you have to modify something so it would fit?

Looking forward to suggestions and opinions (informed) also for this new thread

Tim,

Mark & myself are using a Sard 265l/ph fuel pump.

The OE Fuel pump cradle needs to be modified slightly for the SARD pump to fit.

As quiet as the OE pump i./e no additional noise.

Apparently their is a denso fuel pump that is a direct fit, I.e no modifying the cradle to make it fit. No sure on its l/ph but speak to Adam @ tuspeed for more info.

Do the aftermarket pumps come with their own filter or work with the stock one?

Tim,
i use the SARD 265 pump, very low low noise (i hear no noise ;) ) and easy to fit, you have to use the original filter.
