Factoids

1. Raptor superchargers is the number 1 Supercharger kit supplier for Subaru's in the world. There quite a lot, mostly in the USA. The most popular sidemount centrifugal supercharger on Subaru H4 engines is the Raptor V and Raptor VL.

2. A customer with Impreza 2.5 and Raptor Supercharger is now running 127mph/10.7 sec quarter mile times in the USA. The engine is a beast and the supercharger merely helps a bit lol. 9psi boost.

3. First full sidemount supercharger kit for Gen IV Subaru Liberty/Legacy - now retailed worldwide. Almost 100% of all Supercharged 3.0s have a Raptor Supercharger system. The Liberty kits now feature a Premium version of the Raptor V supercharger, clutched, watercooled and often (not always) anodised black.

4. Raptor produces a 3.0 header system with proven power gains, both in VHT or HPC finish, the lowest cost highest power header product for the 3.0 engine.

Will add more as we go along

Its quite amazing his dedication to building models of various engine types, I reckon his only mistake is the valve springs on them all arent strong enough ------ MORE RPM hey

Just purchased some necessary items for testing a new CAI system for the NA owners, something to boost power if the research works out well

Maybe i have it ready for late August - progress/results will be made public as normal as work progresses

Well, its time for NA H6 engines to get the works

Very shortly there will be a new product released - the Raptor Performance ............ EZ30 Ram Air Intake CAI. This can offer pressure increases in the engine intake between 500 - 800% better than the stock intake (air filter system)

Almost immediately this will be bundled to create a Ram Air Intake + Headers Package - (Liberty and Legacy) EZ30 Power Boost Package - with gains of up to 50hp over a completely stock motor if past results are to be recalled. Headers have shown up to 29Kw (40 Hp) time and again, the intake showed up to 9kw (12Hp) in early testing - there's 52hp

TAKE NOTE - YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED A COMPLETE CUSTOM TUNE IN ORDER TO APPLY EITHER THE COMPLETE PACKAGE OR JUST THE CAI ON ITS OWN.

XRT (Ed) and KiDo (matt) can do this for you.

Either is proficient and I currently run a tune that is a combo of both - and its very good.

It would be safe to say, you must have a free flowing exhaust system to see results.

have we any data on exhaust diameters? what is too small too big etc.
some people have gone the 2 1/4" route and others 2 1/2"

I want to upgrade the rest of my exhaust, currently have headers and mufflers with 3rd cat delete

would like to go the whole zorst but am unsure of diameters to optimise performance, I know there are a lot of threads on the matter but its hard to funnel all that info down into one single exhaust system

hopefully not starting a debate here haha

2.5"

My design if I had your car:

- 2.5" merge collector to 2.5" internal magnaflow resonator
- 2.5 to 1.25" or more collector for dual exhaust.

If supercharging, follow any sti setup, since the exhaust system sees engine power. In other words, a 330whp H6 is doing 370+chp. Call it 400chp. So you are looking at a 3" system from the header merge collectors to the exhaust tip.

About 30% of current header orders were from O/S, so far as charger kits go probably about 60% of them go O/S, maybe even a touch more

Offering options for the H6 owner :)
