Easily bolt up. Personally I am a Turbo person. If the Supercharge could be design to provide the same boost from low rpm to redline, I would be happy :)

I design both turbo and SC kits, I will always bring an SC kit to market first because it costs both me and the customer less money - by a mile and it also falls well within most peoples budgets - as mentioned earlier.

I would welcome if you (kiks) could bring a turbo kit to the people here - it is not a problem for me if something like that was available and competing with me for a boost solution, but it most likely never will be except as specialist shops due to the considerable amount of extra work. Work = $$$ cost to the vehicle owner

The SC product is a go anywhere product that anyone can fit with half a dozen spanners and a screwdriver, easy on and easy off should that option be needed.

I'll put my hand up for the trial fitting of a kit that comes with a FMIC.. as opposed to a WAIC :D :D

Back on topic.

on the surface it does look like an expensive way of getting a few extra ponies as far as bang for buck goes.
however, you're paying for the convenience of the DIY install/ un-install and bolting on horsepower to an un-opened motor.

if you were to do a turbo setup, you're no doubt going to pull the engine out to fit it all up, so throwing a set of pistons/ rods in there to get an optimal C/R and strength of the internals isn't a big deal at the same time.

different situations/ needs will dictate which setup people will opt for
personally, 250KW (flywheel) in a Gen4 would be more than adequate for a lot of people
for those who want 250KW+ ATW will opt for a built turbo setup.

Also, what's the boost curve like on these?

How about we fit it all up free and then I demo the car for 12 months and give it back to you lol :) :)

I wont be offering an FMIC system but apparently its an easy thing ............... right? WTA is easier concealed and at this time customers and potential customers are wantings systems with minimal visual clues - so thats what we will produce

The boost curve is same as Vortech, Procharger or any other half dozen centrifugal brands, bit more low end than some of those tho. The internal gear drive type suck more of the engine power.

with enuogh time and $$$.. anything's easy.. :D :D
but yes, i hear you
some neat, well thought out 2" piping and a nice small core 550x200x65, all painted black, would be a good addition to the basic kit for the handy home modder

I might as well start right here :D

Pipework to ATA intercoolers for Raptor SCs must be 3" on the cold side and not less than 2.5" on the hot side.

The notion you you need to pull the block to do a turbo setup is silly just fyi. Why would you ever need to? cant measure and make sure shit fits if the engine isnt in the bay anyway.

And the thought "while the blocks out a set of forgies".

Have you looked closely at an EZ30r? Shall I go downstairs and take a photo of you of the pieces that make up an EZ30r that need to be disassembled to do a piston swap (rods at weak as piss too). Its a major operation just quietly, an EZ is nothing like 202 with 6 bolts and some liquid gasket holding it together :p
