+1

Tim, you have a lot of people interested in the SC kit, I for one am too, but it's all to do with money :(

Would love to see someone paint the WTA IC black for stealthiness 8)

SH30RB

There maybe some decrease in the intercooler kit pricing soon, I will recalculate now we have changed some items, could be few hundred less.

The non IC kit is a great starting point, 95% of all those who bought a kit bought it non IC, of course some are now upgrading since it is available and some remain non IC

For a group buy of 3 kits I can do NON IC kits for $4600. Offer available until Mid November 2012

Any idea how many people have fully implemented a working clutched setup and what benefit they get from it?

PROVEN to yield the following pressure results
61mm - (7.5psi) supplied on all the early kits
59.5mm clutched - (8psi) supplied as optional higher boost w/clutch
58mm - (9psi) optional high boost non clutched
Not proven - not recommended - also No warranty on the supercharger at all in 11+ psi config
54mm - (11.5psi) clutched

Tim,

Where do you measure from ?

I used a digital caliper to measure from middle rib to middle where the belt sits on and the smaller pulley measured 55mm.

The original larger pulley measured 61mm from middle rib to middle rib.

G

Measure across the tops of the little ribs. Yes you original should be 61 and your new one would be 58mm? I know I cant mix up with a 55mm as its not a size I make lol, but I do have 54mm

Let me know by email

Completed making a new system for a customer

It features our very first dual cooling phase supercharger, it features both water cooling of the bearing/belt housing and also the normal air cooling a standard unit would feature and fitted with a 58mm pulley at this time

Features a new intercooler system but same radiators and pump as all the intercooler systems for Liberty/Legacy.

Has the 410cc injectors :)

Car itself already has Raptor extractors and high flow cats and XFORCE catback system and in this instance an XRT tune to make it all come together

Has the updated 83mm flex intake hosing with direct fit to charger and air filter mount

I am fitting the system for the customer and then going from there

Fitting should begin tomorrow night possibly

NGK arent showing many plugs for this application but quite a big choice from Nippondenso

For those running 9psi or more the VKH22Y (cooler climate) or even VKH24Y (hot climate) - Iridium tough might be well worth a look

Normal Iridium is far easier to source - IKH22 is great choice

An example of what they cost and availability http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/DENSO-IRIDIU ... 23172c6d8b

This kind of thing makes life for your tuner MUCH easier

Identical in appearance to the one in this image BUT modified for greated flow on the cold side :)

I think I posted a pic of it here in this thread a few days back, checking now
