INTERCOOLER INSTALL SETUP PIC
By later today this will be a completed thing rather than something hung in place for the metal fab person
Making an alloy pipe from charger to cooler with BOV included. A bracket to support the 500Hp rated core (Plazmaman rating).
I will be using the silicon bends etc as shown

In looking at your supplied image - I say that the IC will definitely NOT contact the strut brace - what brand of brace is yours?
The water I/O fittings will be 90 degree bends, not straight up as shown in current pic

I will need to know what colour peeps want their coolers in at time of ordering
BLACK coolers are anodized and COST more than the plain alloy finish as shown.
You could always paint it black for almost nix too ..........

There is a mount directly under the cooler to support it nicely

If you look at the last pic, it looks like the intake pipe is fouling on the brake booster vacuum hose or is it the angle of the photo that's making it look like that ?

It is touching it, nothing I can do about it tho from a pipe situation, the hose is long an very flexy, either remove and replace with some non formed hose or zip it back
