Are the heat shields required for the auto?

I am the longest user of the product, no issues ever with the rack boots, still in perfect condition

Knowing supercharging as I do - it's potentially a different story, radiant heat would be more.

For NA such as my own car (hot climate) - I haven't seen anything occurring to justify heat shield addition. All that said, no harm to add a pair :)

Bear in mind that the OEM part gets to same temp but stays hotter for much longer as it has significantly more mass.

Hey guys,

As I am waiting for Matt to book me in for tune, should I obtain the tune first prior of me installing the exhaust, or get the exhaust done first and then the tune.
I just don't want to get the exhaust done and not having her tune for a few weeks later running her not at the best.

Is it known whether 2.25 or 2.5" is more optimal?

Yup, car tuned. I think I just need some noise to go with the extra speed. Sounds like TCP quads and using mild steel for the rest of the pipping is the G-O.

I am waiting on a set to be returned by a fellow that I accidentally sent 2 sets to, if they come back I would be happy to sell them to you. If he is honest (starting to doubt that) they should be turning up real soon, if not then it will be wait until next shipment.

I have a shipment on the line ready to go, just waiting for a few more pre orders before I light the fuse on it
