I have read almost all of this thread, but there seems to be an interesting stuff missing..

0 - 60 time?

We want to see some clips from owners running with the sc. I guess they are preparing by now..

Non of Saudi Arabia legy owners have installed this sc kit, I believe. I'm interested and watching this thread everyday..

Thanks Tim for your efforts..

There certainly was a 0 - 60 time recorded here by the owner of a supercharged H6 with automatic trans. It was mentioned he didnt try overly hard to get a time and still came in with something in 5 sec bracket IF I recall correctly.

There are owners of Raptor H6 SC in Bulgaria, Australia, Austria, for the most part they just enjoy driving their vehicle everyday, power ready at the touch of throttle. Having an SC fitted to your vehicle doesnt mean a customer is going crazy each week for some quartermile action, nothing wrong if you do but its normal for most people to never go to quartermile hence the lack of reported results. To be honest I am not in love with the idea of hammering MY manual Liberty in quartermile action either, its a lot of power to drop the clutch on, I never have issue doing it with auto trans tho.

Some information for those who may need a performance valve body for their 3.0 with 5/EAT trans after supercharger installation

http://www.importperformancetrans.com/c ... -1966.html

I have been in contact with them directly and have what you need - I think the price is VERY fair

For those wanting increased spark engergy - PLASMA (not necessary and not recommended for supercharger kits) this little item could be your ticket to increased combustion efficiency

http://www.okadaprojects.com/usa/applications.htm

At around $1100 for a full set its not a cheap one but there is definitely a system for the H6!!

And what would a post of new products be without a new oil - try this link

IPT would be great if anyone got the FULL package. Anyways, for us... very expensive cause of shipping and handling, may reach the same price of the subject sc kit.

0 - 60 timing = 5 seconds would be very nice for autos. The same as a stock Legacy STi could have. However, I'm still wondering.. could we reach 350 whp and let's say 320 N.m if good headers, K2Gear let's say, were installed? That's while considering a tune opt. results.

Auto guys are not recommended to exceed 340 N.m of tq, so it would be GREAT if we could reach whatever the H6 could handle with AT :assassin:

Saffarco

The torque @ 5900 rpm is currently around 390Nm (more back at 4600rpm) at the engine, with high flow headers/cats and intercooling it could be getting towards 450Nm @ sea level.

I added the IPT link as all customers with auto trans are finding they need an improved valve body even at the entry level kit which is non Intercooled and 7.5 psi boost.

The valve body was around $700 + post. Any auto trans specialist can install the trans body.

Have you been suprised that the torque is already highish? We sure can bump it a lot more

I think the STI version of Lib/Leg can get down to 5.4

NOTE TO ALL

I have had to bump the intercooled kit price up, normally I dont use Australian made intercooler items but in this case I have no choice and its quite a shock how expensive the stuff is, at the price I had it ......... it was a not for profit arrangement which would lead to disaster for the business.

IC full kit now up to AUD$6990

For those not conversant with our metric power talk I have attached the following table to make it easy for you to decipher the kw at the wheels through to HP at the engine

Simply read any given line from left to right or right to left if you want to go back to metric from imperial

This assumes a 25% powertrain loss

The cooler was ordered and paid for yesterday

The item is not stocked and since it was their first day back at work they expect I will not recieve this cooler until later next week - ~ 28th Jan

It will only be after that we recieve the cooler that we can then set the system up

Apologies to those who are waiting on this development

The torque is low due to the slow increase of boost to the redline and the type of SC it is. If it was that the SC makes max boost early and then adjust itself to maintain that boost to the redline, the TQ would be high from low RPM. This would more look like a small turbo or twin turbos in this case. On another note, the SC would make a more linear power band compare to turbo's.

Compare to the stock 3.0R, I think the SC makes a good upgrade for those wanting a kit to get that extra kw/hp for all round driving. You cannot avoid cost, especially when you have a kit that is complete.

I think the WTA setup is the way to go. The intake temperatures are too high and with the WTA or even a FMIC setup would gain good results.

I will say to everyone, the car posted above tuning was not complete for under 4000rpm. So more torque could have been more. The tuning of the SC is different when it compares to Turbo in reference to AVCS tuning. The customer had family matter to attend too.
