Temp reduction via water meth - useful and not overly complicated. Have lots of customers with V8 Fords using water meth and finding 30-40hp more

Bundy, Townsville, Rockhampton and Gladstone have it. Mackay in a few months and Scott is hanging for it for free power haha.

For Robin, the WI is spray where? @ the impeller?

The power made from any oxygenated fuel is usually from the fuel itself.

Ok. Nice work.

Sprayed at throttle and activates as it comes on boost. 0.5 AFR meth additive and then leaned back out to pump AFR. It squats like a constipated dog on take off

For those wanting to step into things a little harder and are not in a warranted period of use or dont care

A 56mm pulley can be organised

Lol. Both of you are something else.

Tim I knew you were coming with that.

But I am really curious. Matt, what is the seating pressure of the H6 springs? The stock heads seems to be holding boost very well if what you say is true.

Tim, definately, anyone use the 56mm wheel or smaller, need meth or use E85 all the way.

Can you release the Impeller map like other manufactures or state the closes compressor map?

Awesome read guys, hasn't this thread come back to life today, just what I was hoping for. :D

Tim, Matt & Ed thanx for all the informative posts & ur knowledge of all things H6 SC. Some things of which I have NFI of what u are talking about.

But it all helps to build a little understanding of how these hi-tech Ecu's & H6 engines tick.

Right now im leaning towards

- maintaining current 61mm sc pulley
- upgrade xhorst rear y-pipe to 2.25" - completing full xhorst upgrade.
- E85 fuel and complete dyno/retuning by Matt. His breaking development above is of extreme interest also.

But it could change - E85, 58mm pulley & W/Meth inj - this could be nice.

I haven't totally ruled it out, never know in the future. Just not for me at the moment from a financial, fabrication and aesthetics point of view.

Layman's terms... More torque = more power. ECU has a Calculated Engine Torque limit, I had found them in the 07+ months ago(see Submeister's review of latest tune) but the preface table was harder to find. Now I know that injector size effects it, I rescale the columns for injector size change and instantly more power

Not looking at it thoroughly, looks like here too #DD6E6. 2 similar maps afterwards.

If it is RT for Turbo for Manuals, I can see and increase in boost reference.
