From my days in the OEM Auto A/C industry.....

Some baby cars (with tiny little engines) were also programmed to disable the Aircon Compressor clutch when in first gear.
It gave the little things just a little more power pulling the skin of the Rice Pudding leaving the lights.

Still trying to sort out Flex Fuel with a CAI. Dedicated E85 is not an issue.

Matt - Any chance of having two tunes loaded at the same time, one pure E85, one flex, and choosing between the two?

Not sure that my car can support it (and to be perfectly honest not sure how much of a difference there'd be for me between E85 only and flex)
