KiDo Racing Coilovers - Fitting and prices

Postby HoFF » Thu Aug 16, 2012 8:26 pm

I'd just like to say that it was a pleasure dealing with Bryce.
Fast delivery and very good communication. I had a small problem which was rectified very quickly.

As for the coils themselves they have only done 3000ks so far but they have been fantastic. They can be more comfy then stock or rock hard :)

Thanks Bryce

Hi Bryce I'm interested in getting a set since Matt tuned the car it's definitely got me thinking upgraded brakes and suspension are a must haha

Is there anything else I should buy to go with these or will they be fine on their own with the rest of the stock suspension parts in my car?

Thanks

I would consider a rear anti sway bar, but try the coilovers first, and if you want less understeer then do the sway bar.

The silver GT-B? Always at the radar building? They are getting installed as right now at hastings tyrepower, more than happy to let you go for a drive to see what you think :D

Ahh, i passed you today just after i picked my car up :)

XT_for_me wrote:I am keen to hear what you think of them Simon.

Initial responce, the car feels great! the dampening settings were reset to roughly halfway, i forgot to tell them that i preset them, but so far they feel great through the corners on my short drive this afternoon, feels a lot flatter compared to my previous Bilstein/King Spring setup.
Im going to give them a good test on Saturday to see how well they handle round-a-bouts and semi quick/fast corners (driving well within the road rules, of course ;) )

I havent gone for a crazy height just yet, when i picked up the car they told me to wait a week for everything to settle down and they will readjust the height for me.

So, ill report back in a week or two once everything has settled down with a review for you Bryce!
So far, im really happy with everything!
