2004 Outback 2.5i Auto

Postby cllui » Tue Jan 20, 2015 7:17 pm

hi,

I just bought an outback 2004 2.5i auto and i loved it very much...

I'm thinking of changing the front light to more brighter...

May i know any suggestion from the pros here?

May i know which model of the bulb H1, H7 or HB3?

Thanks

HI,
I have a 2005 Outback 3.0 R Premium and have fitted it with Osram Cool Blue Intense globes for low (H7) and high beam (HB3) I also have a matching parking light globes which are a W5W fitting, I purchased mine from eBay, I find them very good compared to the stock globes. I live in a country area and I am very impressed with these for night driving and as they are only up to 4200 K brightness I don't find myself being flashed by oncoming drivers due to them being annoying like some higher K globes (5000K and above) The listings below are the ones I purchased :)

Managed to take a couple of quick pics of low and high beam last night. Didn't take any shots from the front but they are a nice crisp white colour with a very slight blue tinge :)

Hi Cluii, They all look to be well matched in colour :) I'm pretty fussy like that and I'm more than happy with the way they look :-D
