Let there be (white) light (in the glove box)!

Anyone know how to change the dingy orange light in the glove box to a magnificent LED light?
With every other light now changed to LED, that orange one stands out like the proverbial...........

Also the pre-face lift model Libs used to have a light in the console between the center vents, this has been deleted in the post face lift libs. Is there any way to add a Light to the console?
