I have a '91 Wagon, 2.2, manual, etc., and over the last 2 weeks by rear suspension has been collapsed down to the bumpstops - 75% of the time. I can back it out of the drive (on bumpstops), drive it for a few Ks, (all on bumpstops, I think they should be renamed bumpstarts - seriously, uncontrollably bumpy) and then... suddenly it sorts itself out and I actually have, like, a suspension. Park the car, all OK, the back doesn't go down until I return from the shops/work, and I'm on the bumpstops again.
Does anyone know what is happening?
I think some steel springs look good at the moment. It's really starting to get to me, if you know what I mean.
Thanks,
Scott
