If you have a look in a shop called King of Knives I have seen the same Mag light that Skooby GT and I use for work. I have seen them being sold for about $280.00 which is not bad pricing in the big picture of it all.

Yeah i got a big one. Last time a cop came to my house wen sum1 tried to steal my old car. They took out their lil mag lite to check around. I pass them my big 1 and said need 1 that will allow you to see? hahaha

so what happened to this thread???

went to coles+kmart the other day and they're selling the maglite 3D + mini maglite + mounting clips + batteries for $50, so decided to get one for the car.....

only problem is where do i mount the damn thing? any suggestions guys?

I was going to use the other fire extinguisher mount for under the seat, but the way the Mag clips are designed are slide in and out, so due to the length of 3D that canned that idea.
Still yet to find good solution.....

They mount on the gearbox tunnel, passenger side, with the torch bit pointing towards the ground, handle near your leg. :lol:
