Dog Leg Plastic Bits

Thinking about getting my plastic bits that fill in the bit between the back door and the wheel arch painted as mine are stone chipped.
Has anyone pulled these off ? Do they just unclip ?

Workshop manual

. I have the MY04 AUDM one but most of the body stuff would probably still apply for your later models.

I had one but it got lost some how...
Would it be too much trouble to burn and send it up to Sydney? I'd cover all charges

Yes that's precisely the bits I'm referring to. So, from the diagram it looks like they just snap out after removing the sills ?

yeah looks like they just snap off; perhaps use a screwdriver covered with cotton towel as leverage to pop the clips off.
