Removing Rear seat 05 Lib

G'day guys, I have had a look but im not sure how to tackle it. I am removing them so i can put in my new coilovers. Any tips would be great

I have a copy of the Liberty service manual here.
In particular the rear seat.

It's not necessary to fit, but it does make the job significantly easier than 'going in thru the back door' :P
