Want to give my interior a deep clean. Looking for a guide to remove the front seats and bits such as the centre console tunnel from my GT-B.

I've found some videos for the interior bits, but they are all for pre-FL models (no SI drive) and as such the procedure is slightly different.

Try your year model FSM workshop manual and grab a set of plastic trim popping levers from your local auto shop?
