I would like to fit a twin exhaust but my model only has a single exhaust system. Can I buy one from the wrecker and fit it, will it need to be modified and does affect the performance

I'd say yes, yes and no.

You'd need to confirm the specific parts required which might include the mid pipe, rear Y pipe and the twin mufflers, plus the garnish that deletes the blanking trim for the rhs of your bumper.

Since the mod is after the exhaust sensors and catalytic converters, it's unlikely to affect your fuel trims.
