Subaru/Outback parts in Melbourne

Hi, I ran into a log and damaged my front bumper on my 2010 3.6r outback. Nothing major but I split the washer bottle.

Is there an online parts list I can look at to acquire a few parts? I have done similar things on my motorbike where I can find microfiche type parts drawings, identify the parts numbers and buy them when I want. I cannot find similar parts drawings for Australian cars.
Anyone know where I can find part numbers etc for local cars?
