installed a process west cold air intake on my 2009 liberty 2.5 NA, when i connect the sensor to it my air intake it doesnt start so i unplugged it and the turns on, is there anyway i can by pass this through flashing it?

Absolutely but not.
Pulling the maf loom plug causes limp mode on maf tuned cars.

You’ll probably require a tune to run the cai efficiently, or maybe at all.

I’d return it all to stock whilst you look into your tune options.

You can use a battery reset or obdii plug to reset the codes.
