Not sure for GenV but generally do one side at a time, securely on jack stands, carefully tilt engine away from mounts using a jack.
At your own risk and preferably get a mechanic to do it on a hoist if in doubt.

Consult your FSM, link in my signature :good:

You know, the FSM workshop manual for your car has the info, procedures, the official documentation...

Just find it, download it, search it.

The procedure will be outlined in a section related to remove and refit the engine and or gearbox.

There’s a link to all FSM’s in my signature...

Anyway the FSM is good to have regardless, I can really only find the USD version, but I'm sure ADM/EUDM/General Market is out there...

It's also useful to search forums for info and this is how to for your query:
https://www.google.com.au/search?sxsrf= ... CAw&uact=5

So you can see the intent of the search: genV, a huge market enthusiast forum and a hit with aftermarket upgrade mount info, specifically the third hit:
https://legacygt.com/forums/showthread. ... 36375.html

As for the FSM, this is a diagram from the 5eat section, eg download the fsm, find the transmission section, open the pdf for eg 5eat and seach "mount".

Heres the mounts:

If you want to be sure just lookup the remove and refit procedure in forum posts and or the FSM.

I wanted to begin to understand the drama of installing a proper 6mt in a GenV :P

Are you going for eg new mounts, dropping your box or does your engine vibrate excessively?

Yeah id love to change mine to a manual.

Just wanted to replace them with stock, i have a fair bit of vibration also a bit of a shudder that may or may not be from the mounts.

Lookup my avcs faq and do the vary rpm check as described, auto should be warmed up in neutral. I guess.
