Everything seems stock in regards to the head unit, could it be some sort of A/V out from an iphone/android?

Looks like it’s video out from an hks camp r, into the nav video aux in.
Personally, I use Btssm hosted on an android tv box, displayed on my stock my07 nav.
It auto starts on key on, live gauges showing vitals, corrected speed, avcs vvt angles and booost!
Its a sub $200 setup too
