Sticky auto selector help

Postby lhuynh » Sat Aug 05, 2017 9:11 pm

Hi,

Had the recent airbag recall service done and after picking up the car notice that going from park to reverse, reverse to park is much different to before. Can feel much more resistance now when moving the gear selector on the automatic. Surely the recall activity and this cant be related?

It is only difficult from those two positions, going from reverse to N to drive is seamless.

Can anyone point me to where i should start looking or what the fix would be?

2007 liberty GT spec B wagon.
