Good morning to all. I am a yank from the states with some JDM Zenki "city lights" and am in need of a link or a DIY to adjust these headlights. They are totally different than the USDM OEM headlights with the bubble to guide you through the adjustment. I do have H.I.D. bulbs as well so they are in need of a serious adjustment after the install. I appreciate any help Thanks....Image

You should be able to adjust them with the screws as per normal.
Also, HID in reflector is a bad idea.

I just sprayed the long screws today with some penetrating oil since they look like they will break if I try to adjust them without doing that first. Can you please explain why the H.I.D. set up is bad? They have their own separate ballast's as well. They are not just the bulbs its a kit. Thanks for your reply...

tl;dr halogen headlights are designed for halogen bulb. You put anything else in there, it won't work properly.

You've never driven past a car/truck that has glaring shitty lights that hurt your eyes? You're one of those people.

If I were you, I'd split the housing and make sure the screw adjusters are in decent condition. Sometimes they can become loose or break inside.
While you're at it, retrofit some HID projectors in there:

No problem, remember the JDM ones are RHD so the cutoff will be opposite. But if you're going to change the projectors, you'll use LHD ones so it wouldn't matter then.
