Gen 3 Outback Engine Removal Help

I have just purchased a 1998 Gen 2? Outback, and I am removing the engine to go in my Baja Bug. Why? Because I want a fast car
I need some pointers on removing the motor at home so no high tech machinery here. It is a standard not turbo EJ25.
