Identifying genuine Sti lip

Hi guys,looking at a Gen4 Sti lip interstate and wondering if theres any identifying marks or things to check for in regards to the genuine item vs replica before committing to purchase

Any info much appreciated

Post some photos and we can take a look.

Most of the detail will be inside the lip, where it attaches to the bar and on the rear sides. And obviously the badge.
Running no. of weeks without breaking something in the lib: 0
No. of things still to fix in in the lib: 97

Thanks mate. Its still on the car at the moment,I can see the badge but besides that nothing more as yet

Just dont wanna buy it and find out its a replica with stuck on badge :lol:

I'm 85% sure it's genuine. At the very least it looks as good as one.

It's the correct badge and colour; overall fit looks to be very good. It's not bent, or misshaped in any way, like the softer replicas are.

The only way to be 100% sure would be to look inside at the attachment points, but looking at those pics I wouldn't bother. As long as you're getting a good price, go for it :)

And if you're not getting a good price, OTR in Melbourne sell good quality replicas for $260.
