Rear seat belt stuck?

I've just bought a my09 specb wagon and my goodness what a piece of engineering.

Everything works brilliantly, except for one of the rear seatbelts. It seems to be stuck in it's retracted state.
I've tried pulling the trim off that covers the seatbelt but the seatbelt is too tight and won't allow the trim to actually come off, let alone leave enough room to have a glance and see if the belts twisted or not.

Any suggestions? Should i just take the bottom of the seat out and just give it a good ol' yank?

Thanks.

Kieran,

No such thing as a bargain?
Try unbolting the other end of the belt.
If rear seal belt and a wagon, this should be just under the read seat squab.
To remove the squab, feel for where the clips are *at the front of the squab and one each side) Push backwards and lift up.
You may find it fun the first time.
Under the squab you will also locate the round black cover for the fuel pump.

Anyway, you will dfing the securing point for the other end of the seat belt under there too!
