MY05 conversion to MY08

Hello, I was just wondering how hard it is to convert my MY05 JDM Spec B front end to the facelift MY08 Spec B front end on my Subaru Liberty. Is it as easy as just changing over the bumper, lights and side panels? Or is it frame work as well? Any input would be great.

Lights, bumper, fenders, hood, grille. No framework changes needed. Look up legacydan on here and legacygt.com he did this swap on his JDM model.
