Exhaust swap for Outback Gen 3

I've got a Gen3 Outback (BH/EJ25) with a corroded rear muffler);
Would a Gen 2 Liberty rear Exhaust fit the Outback? (looks like a small modification / bend to the upper rear most mount bracket would be needed);
Possible to fit without welding?
