Moving The Clock

I am wondering if there is any guide on how to move the clock from the top of the center headboard of my 2004 Subaru Liberty, to the bottom just in front of the gear shifter. is this possible or is it only on the special models. (Sorry only new to cars, this is my first car/mod)

there is a kit off japanparts.com
Information Panel Relocation Kit is what its called, make sure you get the rev a-c edition for the preface liberty.
