MY07 TBSTI front lip split

Hi, so as per topic, the lip has split for almost the entirety of its length. I've drilled a few holes in there and used zip ties to keep it held for the time being. Subaru quoted me around ~$950 aud for the job including labour. Is it easier/cheaper to get an oem lip from japan and import it in? Kind of clueless with this, any help/advice appreciated.

you can import a new lip from japan parts for about $6-700 If I remember correctly?

Rather than get a new genuine lip, grab one of these:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SUBARU-LIBER ... xy3yNThuWCMade from poly urethane so more flexible and more forgiving than genuine, reasonable fit and much cheaper!
