From the web?
LAIC Lesbian Archive and Information Centre (est. 1984; London, England, UK)
LAIC Lake Area Improvement Corporation (Madison, SD)
LAIC Longhorn American Indian Council (Texas)
LAIC Lawfully Authorized Intercept Capability
LAIC Large And In Charge
LAIC Learning Applications with Intelligent Content

LAIC Check List
First, check immobiliser circuit

[1] When OFF and with key removed does the RED Immobiliser (key shape) icon flash? [Y/N]
[2] When inserting the key into the ignition barrel does the RED Immobiliser (key shape) icon extinguish? [Y/N]
[2a] If NO, what does it do?
[2b] if YES, does the RED Immobiliser (key shape) icon recommence flashing after a short time?
[3] When turning the key to the ON position does the engine crank over?

Go to these posts and read how to check for a Diagnostic Trouble Code from the ECU.

I already know what happened. I've lost a immobiliser chip from key. This is the reason Why I can't start my car. I called to servise (tried just one) and they told me I will cost $250?

I think is too much - does Anyone know about cheaper solution??

Suppose you could always find the lost transponder chip and put it back in the key?

[1] Find a local auto locksmith that has the ECU key reprogramming tool. (these are a generic German machine sold to and licenced to locksmiths)
[2] you need to get the car will ALL the keys to the locksmith (or he may be able to come to you)
[3] Locksmith will put new transponder chip into you key body
[4] Locksmith will reprogram keys to the ECU and immobiliser.
[4a] A reprogramming sequence wipes all previous entries, that is why ALL key must be reprogramed again
[5] should be around $100
[6] be aware that an ECU reset may occur during the ECU Immobiliser reprogramming.

FIIK. Just do not know. You are playing in a security area that basically has restricted access for a good reason.

You have not listed your location in your details, so basically no one is able to assist you if they are aware of anyone.

For what it is worth,
I previously had a third key cut for my 2005 Spec-B wagon.

I used EZY Locksmith at Peakhurst
Ezy Locksmiths
46 Stoney Creek Rd
Peakhurst
0405 200 059

(Let him know he was recommended to you buy a previous customer)

I provided the third key blank and Remote Entry Fob,
He cut the new key, provided the new Transponder Chip, New Battery and reprogrammed all three keys for remote entry and all three keys for the immobiliser.
Was about $130.

You need less than this, only chip and reprogram for immobiliser only.
For $200 to $250 I would want and expect a whole new key as well?!?!?

Over to you!
