Recreating the Nexus 7 Nav Dash!

As most will know this part is no longer in production so I'd like to recreate some for people.
I can make it up in a 3D program but it would be a LOT easier if I was able to get my hands on the engineering drawings of it.
Otherwise I have this panel so I could possibly take it somewhere to be 3D scanned? I don't have access to a 3D scanner at work unfortunately any idea if there's a service that can do this for me?
