Any aftermarkets that can be easily plugged in or do I have to change the whole set?

Check out the anycarlink. Plugs into the stacker port. Works really well too :)

+1 on the Anycarlink I have the same. There are also Grom units that are quite good.

You can DIY your own aux in connection and use eg a Belkin air cast auto into that.
Diy aux-in plug and Belkin aircast auto would be the least expensive approach :)
